What fits in one pot.
Weeknight cooking from a third-floor kitchen. No restaurant, no classes. The only recipe I measure is the lentil pot.
Chickpeas, smoked paprika, one lemon.
The paprika goes in while the oil is still quiet, or it turns bitter. Lemon only at the table.

Last week it was turnip tops. They need salt earlier than spinach does.
